Female Therapists in Manhattan | Photo Spotlight & Personal Reflection

In honor of #worldmentalhealthday this past week, I wanted to share a very special post featuring some amazing women in the mental health space.

Lately, I’ve somehow found myself in the (very fulfilling) niche of working with the kindest, most beautiful female therapists on portraits and branding. These projects and connections have been especially dear to my heart & I’m so grateful that they are part of my portfolio.

My therapy journey has spanned so many eras of my life, from my parent’s divorce to navigating adulthood, processing the grief of a breakup, many moves, and a big career change to the ever-evolving relationships I share with loved ones and a ton of healing work I’ve done with myself throughout. Therapy is a facet of my life I take very seriously and always encourage others to; in the least contrived way, I want to share that it has changed the way I walk through life and has held me accountable in more ways than I could ever wholly express. Therapy is for EVERYONE!!!!!! 💪🏽🌱🤍

Some of these women own private practices or have worked with some of the most progressive names on the scene across New York City. It’s been very full circle to capture the essence of the ladies who make our city a more loving, supportive, conscious, and understanding environment.

It’s easy to lose sight of those who contribute so much positivity and inspiration to their personal and professional circles, so cheers to beautiful people who make our world a more beautiful place 🧠❤️‍🩹✨🫂🥂
